• EMR billing setup: Configure billing settings in Jane App or SimplePractice

• Clearinghouse connection: Claim.MD linking and basic configuration for clean submission

• EDI enrollments: Claims (EDI), ERA (remits), and EFT (direct deposit) enrollment support

• Workflow guidance: A 1:1 Launch Session so you know exactly what to do each week

Most new practices lose time (and money) because credentialing gets delayed by missing documents, incomplete CAQH, or avoidable payer back-and-forth. I streamline the process and keep it organized.

Credentialing Services

• Commercial Payer Enrollment (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, etc.)
  $250 per payer

• Medicare / Medicaid Enrollment (state + federal workflows, PECOS/855 as applicable)
  $350 per payer

• CAQH Audit (cleanup + compliance review so it’s attestation-ready)
  $195 one-time
